A chance for participants in the virtual 100-mile Acadia Centennial Trek to meet, and hear inspirational words from Gary Allen, founder of the MDI Marathon, and Acadia National Park Ranger Maureen Fournier, who wrote the foreword to Ronald Epp’s George B. Dorr biography. The year-long free race to celebrate Acadia’s trails has drawn participants from around the world, and this is the first chance for some of them to meet. Informal medal ceremony, with optional finisher’s medal available for purchase online to help raise funds for Acadia.
